Two night minimum stay and three night minimum stay on Holiday weekends: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day
There will be a $25.00 fee for all cancellations.
There will be no additional charges
if you cancel one month prior to your date of arrival.
No refunds will be issued for early departures.
We will charge you your total fee for a cancellation made within the 30 days prior to your arrival.
If the suite is rebooked we will refund your payment for each day it is rebooked minus the $25.00
cancellation fee.
